Sympathy to the family of Roger Richmond. I am wondering if we are related as my mother shares the same surname of Richmond. She was born in Pentwater, MI to Jerome Dunwell and Frances Eagen/Richmond. They were a large family of 8 children. Edgar, Olive, Lydia, Gardner, Marguerite, Jerome Jr., Mildred (my mother) and Francis. Francis' son lives in N. Muskegon and his name is Joseph Richmond. I live in Grand Haven and we have some family history research that Roger may have been a part of. I am so sad that we are too late, maybe, to see if there might be a connection. I am truly sorry for your loss and wish you comfort in your memories of your loved one.
