Rog was wonderful... we will miss him... his firm handshakes, his helping spirit, his jokes and his robust laughter. Roger's love and support for Mary Jo was a true inspiration for anyone hoping to see an example of what a truly good marriage could look like.
Mary Jo, our prayers are with you and your family, now and always. We love you.

I graduated from SLHS with Rog. He and I shared a love of basketball which started in about 4th grade. We played on SL teams together 5th grade through 10th grade. Always a great teammate but an even greater person. RIP Rog.
SPARKY
This delightful man brought love, light and happiness to everyone around him. He did many things for many people without ever being asked and without ever expecting anything in return. His character and value system were built on his love of God and on his love relationship with his wonderful wife. They were a beautiful couple. We counted it a high privilege to know him, as did all my relatives. May God send comfort and peace to his family. -- Margaret Ham, Rick and Meg Leist, Kelly and Rose Ham
