Ronald Louis Faino Jr.'s Obituary
Ronald L. “Ron” Faino, Jr., age 59, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021. He was born February 16, 1962 in Muskegon to Ronald Louis and Bonnie Lou (Lawrence) Faino and was a lifelong resident. On April 15, 1989, he married Gina Louise Hester in Muskegon and she survives him. Ron owned and operated Ron Faino Builders for over 30 years. Ron was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and the Muskegon Eagles. He was the life of the party because of his charismatic personality. He was affectionately called “Big Ron” by his family and friends for his “bigger than life” personality. He loved the outdoors. Ron is survived by his loving wife, Gina Faino; his 3 sons, Lou (Nicole) Faino, Nicholas (Nicole) Faino, Samuel (Erin Holdsworth) Faino; 1 granddaughter, Jayden Izel; and 3 sisters, Cheryl (Doug) Middlecamp, Jan (Mike) Bourgoin, Jill (Bill) Perri; his mother-in-law, Mary Hester; and his many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church (1110 Dykstra Road) with Rev. Fr. Godfrey Onyekwere presiding. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the Mass, 10-11 AM Tuesday at the church. Interment will take place at Laketon Township Cemetery.
