Ruth was one of the dearest people I have known. She helped Hope’s Outlet and brought us a winning smile and encouragement in our early days of struggle. Without her help and encouragement, we would not be who we are today. She has reminded us that God uses the sweet and gentle in mighty ways. Our prayers are with the family.
