I knew Sue and Al not only as the mother of their daughter in law, but also as friends. Sue always made a point of coming to see me when I was in town and making me feel welcome by inviting me to lunch with her and Shirley or over for a holiday dinner or just spending time together enjoying a drink on the patio at the kids house. The DeGroot family welcomed me with open arms and it was appreciated more than they know and I will miss her dearly. So Rest In Peace Sue in the arms of Lord and know that you will always be remembered for your kind heart and strong spirit.
