Loretta, Gladys, and family, my heartfelt condolences for your loss. Terry was an extraordinary individual who inspired us all. I always looked forward to his visits to the bank, where he would brighten our day with his playful teasing. His captivating smile and infectious laugh could light up a room, and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to share a warm hug with him a few months ago at Walgreens.
