Terry J. Marris, 58, of Spring Lake passed away after a five-year battle with cancer Tuesday, May 6th, at home surrounded by family. He was born in Fort Bragg, NC on December 16th, 1955. Terry grew up in Syracuse, NY and moved to Read Obituary
He was my oldest step brother, and I'm so sorry that you have left everyone to early. I also miss Cindy and wish I could have saved her somehow.my mom was impossible, and I apologize for that, me and Jeff are still pretty close, and I'm going to help him move this spring. It's a bit sad I never met my step niece's
I had not seen or spoken to Terry since high school. I tracked him down just a few weeks ago for our 40th class reunion and am so glad I did. It was like talking to my friend in the hall at school. I was saddened to hear this news. I had so much respect for Terry. I learned a lot from Terry and he taught me a great deal about myself as well. May You feel God's presence more now than ever as you walk through this very difficult time.

So sorry to hear of Terry's passing. I was glad I got to talk him a few weeks ago. Many good memories of Terry and the time spent at Shaker Good Room. To this day, I use my cooking knowledge that he instilled to me. I'm glad I got the opportunity to work along side of him. To Sue, Brook,Tiffany, and Mr.and Mrs.Way, I hope you find comfort in knowing Terry is at peace now. Thanks for the memories.
