Theresa Frances Merano, 86, of Muskegon passed away Monday, January 19, 2015. She lived life to the fullest as devoted and loving wife of 37 years, mother, and grandmother. Born on January 2, 1929 to Roy and Ann Kennedy in Springf Read Obituary
We are sorry to hear of Aunt Theresa's passing. We didn't see her often but will miss her. Pat has fond memories of family vacations in Michigan when he was young. Please let us know when the memorial service will be. Our address is 14 Woodland Trail in Rochester, Illinois. Pat & Pam Johnson

Theresa was a wonderful friend. She was so kind and thoughtful. I will never forget how attentive she was to my mother when I was gone traveling; and oh, did we have fun together. Jacobsens was our favorite but we shopped in Chicago, London and New York City too. No one ever laughed harder or had a better time than we did. She was special and I feel very blessed to have had her in my life. I loved her and miss those wonderful days. God bless you Theresa!

She was my Kindergarten teacher, RIP Mrs. Merano!
She was one of the best teachers will miss her a lot she helped me so much when I was little and had eye surgery
Very sorry for her families loss. She was my first favorite teacher when I was in her kindergarten class. She had a set of roller skates in one of the cubbies we would run to at recess to play with. I remember her being very nice and caring. She remembered me when I saw her many years later and I was always impressed by that. She was a very special teacher, and for students to remember her way back from kindergarten in 1976 means she was truely an amazing person. She will always be remembered with her beautiful smile and the kindness she showed every child.
I use to help Mrs. Merano with her glasses. She was one of the nicest ladies that I have had a pleasure of working with! Rest in peace and condolences to her family.
I was Mrs. Merano's aide when I first moved to Muskegon and she was absolutely wonderful to me! I've thought of her several times over the years and you just don't do that unless that person made a big difference in your life (and she did) God bless you and RIP
