Tom I will miss you most at the Blues Barn and the Howl n Blues. I always looked forward to seeing you there. They just won't be the same anymore. You gave so much to the community too, I hope your blues events will keep on. Prayers for all.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one. Please accept my sincere condolences. I too have lost several loved ones in death, and the pain is fresh, even with the passage of much time. Thankfully, I have found relief in knowing that "The Most High God" is the “Hearer of Prayer”, and a source of tremendous comfort in times of grief and distress.(Psalms83:18,Psalms65:2) Please be assured , death will soon be “swallowed up forever” and we will have the opportunity to see our dead loved ones again.(Isaiah 25:8) My family and I wish you and yours peace.(Phillipians4:7)

Going back to those adolescent years, I remember Cousin Tom visiting our Ferm's Ranchlet along with his parents an brother. Tom enjoyed the Mistro's Band most of all Loved to take the microphone around the room and conduct interviews of those present with much enthusiasm as if he were the hotshot News Reporter! I'm sorry I missed the later years of knowing him as my military duties took me far away from the homestead.
I do Pray Tom is with our Lord now and reuniting with our family members who made it to Heaven ahead of us. May God's Infinite Love comfort Uncle Jerry Bruning and the remaining family and Friends now and forever!

My goodness! We needed Tom here. He was an awesome friend and an inspiration. I guess God needed him more and took him home. He will be sorely missed. Love and prayers to his family.

I was so sorry to hear about Tom. Tom was a wonderful man, anyone that met him, like him. Always had a smile on his face and always ready to help anyone. He was a wonderful support when I lost my brother. My thoughts and prayer to the family. God Speed Tom!
I knew Tom for many years going back to the early seventies as part of the Fritz and Soaper gang. We became closer friends after I moved back to town and joined the Rec in the late eighties. I could always count on Tom to give the latest update on what birds he had at his feeders, when the space station was out there, next meteror shower, Uof M updates, fishing forcast, blues show he was going to see next. He once told I was the only one his cat came to on the first visit at his house. Tom you will be missed by me and many others. See ya later buddy. Steve Munro
