My sympathies to the family. I knew Tom through Christian Haven Home. Tom always had a smile and a wave for me. I loved seeing him take a stroll down the hallways barefoot. When I was working as Saturday evening cook and he would miss evening supper, I would stop to his room and see why he didn't come to supper--at least to see me. Saturday evening was usually casserole night. Tom would tell me that he didn't particularly care for the casserole that was being served, but he had Pringles and candy for supper and they were really good. Tom will surely be missed.
