Thomas Stefanits' Obituary
Mr. Thomas Stefanits, age 83, of Grand Haven passed away Friday, May 29, 2020. He was born December 23, 1936 in Muskegon to Stephen and Mary (Szeldaccsek) Stefanits.
He served his county in the National Guard reserve. He enjoyed gardening, living on the river and he could fix anything.
He is survived by his children: Kathy (Dr. Chris) Wanczyk, Karen (Eric) Owen, Sheri(Peter) Boon, and Thomas (Kristi) Stefanits; 10 grandchildren Olivia, Casimir, Nicholas, Austin, Samuel, Taylor, Jacob, Alexandra, Mackenzie and Emily Kate; 2 great-grandchildren Mark and Haven; sister, Carolyn Flood and he was preceded in death by brothers Steve and Robert Stefanits. He will be greatly missed by his family and his friends and the staff at Christian Haven where he has enjoyed living for the last 12 years.
