Wilbur Bond "Bud" Gleason's Obituary
Wilbur Bond “Bud” Gleason, age 82, of Nunica passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015, at Sanctuary at the Shore. He was born August 19, 1933, in Nunica to Sherman and Edna (Bond) Gleason.
Wilbur served his country in the Navy. He worked for Gleason Brothers Builders for many years.
He is lovingly remembered by his three daughters: Lisa Gleason of Spring Lake, Lori Downs of Fruitport, and Leslie (Roger) Boerma of Spring Lake; his son, Todd Gleason of Spring Lake; three grandchildren: Josh Downs, Amanda (James) Thompson, and Madisen Semmens; his sister, Lois (Ernie) Parker of Grand Rapids; two brothers, Don (Betty) Gleason of Spring Lake, and Quin (Agnes) Gleason of Detroit. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Vera Sherbondy and Margery Rush-Bennett.
