I just learned of Bill's passing and am so sorry not to have made it to the visitation or funeral. Together, we turned Ermanco around from near disaster to a very (very) profitable company. I blame Bill for some of my more saltier sayings and happiest (successful) business memories.

Gagu possessed something that is rare in today's world-genuine engagement and authentic kindness each and every time we talked. His excitement to just shoot the breeze made me feel very special. We were there tuning your piano, and i actually got to see him, and he surprised me that after all these years, he knew where i grew up down the street and he even mentioned the house on the corner where I lived. I worked for Bill back in my Ermanco days...from 1981 to 1984. He was such a kind man, and a very reasonable one as well. I remember meeting up with him 14 years ago at Wayne's Deli...I re-introduced myself to him, and we had the nicest conversation and memories from years passed. I treasure that day and conversation.
