Dear Peggy: so sorry 2 hear of Bill passing. Marlene & I are in Kanasa City visiting family here for this week (was in the plans 4 several wks.
Bill & I played sports together in the 1960's & were friends all these years. We both were excited 2 see each other at church or just out in the community.
I know he is in a better place. I am glad I got to know him.

My condolences to the Potter family on your loss. I remember waking up in the hospital after appendix surgery when I was 18 and Bill Potter was my first visitor. He also helped me and my family with the appraisal of our house when we were negotiating a relocation package for our move to Ohio. He was a gentle giant and a good guy.
Sadly we just heard about Bill. From the depth of our hearts,we send our sympathy to all the family for a good friend we will greatly miss.Bill was one of those persons we always looked forward to seeing on the campus after our long trip across our country. When we saw him,we knew we had reached our destination.(The same was true of his wonderful wife Peggy). They were such a great couple together.
Every summer,we prayed, and shared so much together. This past summer,it pierced our hearts to see such a giant of a man so many times in bed, unable to ambulate as he so wished could occur.
Finally God reached down and most likely could have stated,"Bill,it's time to take you HOME"And we totally agree that is where he is today.(and where our reunion will take place).Meanwhile, our prayers will be with you Peggy,Jana,Dave, and Colette
With Much Love during this time of grievance,

My fondest memories were those summers I would come up from Indy to hang out at the cottage. Sitting on that back porch and sharing stories and laughing well in to dark were the highlight of my time there. I will miss you Mr Puda and a warm grape soda will be consumed in memory of you.
Mrs. Potter and family,
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Mr. Potter was a ray of sunlight with that smile and caring heart. This summer when I was up at Maranatha, that faithful cherry hello greeted me as he was taking his daily walk down the road. Bless him. Now he us with so many of our beloved Maranatha family and greatest of all- with His Lord and Savior.
Rejoicing for him, but aching greatly for you all. Well loved. Hugs and prayers from the Bronson family to yours.

My heart and prayers go out to you during this time of great loss! Bill was a wonderful man who I admired much, and always enjoyed talking to, whether it was at Maranatha or with you at Meijer's! He was indeed a sincere encourager! We will all miss him, until we meet again in Heaven.
