To Bill's family,
I had the pleasure of working with Bill at University Park while he stayed there. I worked on the 200 Hall wing and enjoyed the stories Bill shared with me. He loved his family very much and always had good things to say about you. The birthday party you had for him meant so much to him. I will never forget the smile on his face as he entered that room and seen so many people there to share his special day.
Bill was a special man and I am a richer person to have known him.
