Let me join the host of people offering sympathy to you on the death of Bill, my friend and mentor.
Bill, with my dad Walt, was very active in Troop 3 when Gale and I were scouts and we spent many hours camping, enjoying Indian Lore and watching Bill sketch drawings in his wonderful way. Since moving to Minnesota in 1968, I have not been able to visit Bill regularly, but will always remember him with great fondness. Know that I will be thinking of you all on Monday during the funeral and interment at Lakeside Cemetery, a place our troop often visited on Memorial Day. God's peace.##imported-begin##Rev. John W. I met Bill 1982, his wife Betty was my art teacher @ OV.
My youngest son
William James Fitzsimmons is named after Bill.
Bill always had a good sense of humor, was a very caring and generous man.
He was an awesome artist !!!
I'm glad that he is not suffering anymore. RIP
My husband Rick went to school with Sharon.##imported-begin##Bobbie and Rick Smith##imported-end##
Dear Gale & family,
I remember your Dad very well. What a wonderful man. I remember him especially with his involvement in Boy Scout Troop 3. I also saw him many times over the years around town and he always was friendly and found time to talk. He was a good friend of my Dad. My Dad always spoke highly of Bill. Remember all the good times and treasure them! All the best to your family.
